About Us
Electrify Whisperwood is an independent, homeowner-run resource. Our mission is to provide every Whisperwood homeowner with comprehensive, factual, and verifiable information regarding the installation of personal Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers in our community.
Okay... But Why?
We believe all residents deserve to have convenient, centralized access to the relevant information, to form their own opinions on EV chargers in our community. Our goal is to facilitate an informed, fair, and transparent discussion that leads to a clear understanding of homeowner sentiment.
This initiative was launched by Erik Quinn, a Whisperwood homeowner who, in December 2024, submitted a request to install a self-funded EV charger in strict compliance with the HOA's then-existing 'Section XIII' of the Rules and Regulations... only to have this request delayed for over a year and eventually flatly denied, on the basis that nobody in Whisperwood wants EV chargers around. We think a proper survey would demonstrate that the homeowners support his proposal.

Open to All
We welcome all perspectives. The Whisperwood Board of Directors was formally invited on November 26th to provide their views, in their own words, on the See Both Sides page (but we've not yet received a reponse).
Secure Survey
The homeowner survey is being conducted by a professional, third-party platform and distributed via unique, single-use codes (one per household) to ensure its results are secure, anonymous, and statistically valid.
